TruPro Patios knows how to get it done! It starts at the beginning. First Phase, TruPro will schedule a home visit to get an idea of what YOU want. Let’s be clear, no job is complex enough for TruPro Patios. It doesn’t stop there, TruPro asks for 1hour of your time to go over everything! A drawn design of your vision, color panels, a beam cutout (to show you how their product is reinforced), engineering certifications, insurance coverage, electrical additions, etc, etc! TruPro is extremely detailed and treats YOUR patio, as their own. Second Phase, construction. Often one may question if the design team and constructors are on the same page. TruPro takes your worries away. The design team was ONSITE day 1 of construction. They ensure the constructors understand the vision and how to make that vision a reality. Not only was the design team easy to work and communicate with, so were the constructors. These guys were experienced professionals, maintaining a level of detail and precision…all the while remaining upbeat, fun, a pleasure to speak with. Once the job was complete, TruPro requested a walkthrough to ensure accuracy. Third Phase, follow up. TruPro is devoted to quality. If you find deficiencies after you new build, give TruPro a call and they will will service your patio.

Received a quote the next day. Gave approval on quote. Install was about 2 weeks. Install crew did a good job on installing enclosure paying attention to details. Would recommend TruPatio for patio covers and enclosures.

Adam was very professional and informative about the installation and product. Dennis was very brave to climb on top of the roof to attach the gutters! Terrence was thorough and very pleasant to work with. I didn’ t have to pick up anything when they were finished, All trash and debris was picked up and hauled away.
